Order Confirmation: Once you've successfully placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

Colosseum accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.
Available products typically begin preparation for shipment as soon as the payment method is verified. Products ship once they are confirmed in stock, packed to ship, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Products ship in 1-2 business days and are shipped from Los Angeles, CA (USA).
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The return must be received by Colosseum within 30 days from ship date
- The returned item must have its original tags attached
- The returned item must be unwashed, unworn and in original packaging
- Undergarments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
- Items purchased on sale and/or with special promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to return an item. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include your original invoice with your return. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Original shipping charges are not refunded. Please note Colosseum may limit or decline some returns and exchanges.
